Since most of our jewelry items are personalized and made on demand, we won't be able to accept returns. However we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with money back if you're not happy with the quality of our products or if you received a damaged or defected item.

Damaged or Defected Items: 

Sometimes our products can break during transport or in some cases it happens that our quality control misses some production flaw. We are all humans and mistakes happen and we are sorry for that. Just send us a photo of the defect of the product and we will send you an exchange ASAP. 

30-day Return Guarantee
Simply return your product within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is defected or broken upon arrival.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the costs for returning the product to the address we provide once you inform us that you want to return the product. 
We can offer you the following return options:

- Exchange for a new Product / Store Credit
Receive store credit which can be redeemed towards your next order.
- Full refund
Refund of the total purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t personalize the product. Please notice that it could take 5 - 7 bank days before you receive the refunds in your bank account. 

     

    General dissatisfaction
    Customers sometimes receive an item that is not as they expected it to look. This can happen due to the difference of the colors on the digital screen and the colors in person. Or, the quality of the material is not what they expected. Or even sometimes the print quality can be unsatisfying for someone. 

    Please let us know about your dissatisfaction and the reason for it and we will try to do anything we can to resolve the issue. Please read the product information carefully, so you will know what to expect. If you are not sure about something, you can contact us before making a purchase.  

    - In cases of general dissatisfaction we don't issue full refunds.

    - We can agree to issue store credit in value of 70% of the unsatisfactory product price.

    - We can agree to issue refund in value of 50% of the unsatisfactory product price.
